We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can effectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent, understanding client hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to candidates.
Client Management
Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Conduct requirement-gathering calls and hiring strategy discussions.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability updates.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
