We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can effectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent, understanding client hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.ul closures.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Conduct requirement-gathering calls and hiring strategy discussions.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability updates.
Identify potential client through emails, calls , Linkedin, etc.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
