HR Intern – Job Description Company
Hyphenx Solutions Position: HR Intern
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Vinayak Tower, F2, Gyan Vihar Marg, Ramnagariya, Jagatpura, Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Support HR operations, documentation, and record management.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or completed graduation in any discipline.
