We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Executive who will handle 60% recruitment and 40% HR generalist responsibilities.
Recruitment (60%)
End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handling bulk and lateral hiring requirements
Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning
Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensuring timely closures of open positions
HR Generalist (40%)
Employee onboarding and exit formalities
Attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
HR documentation and maintaining employee records
Handling employee queries and HR coordination
Supporting HR policies and compliance
1–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Generalist role)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
Comfortable working from Noida Sector 2 location
