HR Executive – Herbsa Care

Job Title: HR Executive
Company: Herbsa Care
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance and onboarding process.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Assist in employee engagement and HR operations.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
