Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for hiring doctors and nurses.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
- Strong communication skills in English .
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate with department heads and hospital management to understand staffing needs.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies during recruitment.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
- Build long-term relationships with medical colleges, training institutes, and healthcare associations.
