Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting manpower planning to meet organizational growth needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process including scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate records of candidate pipelines.
Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
