Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate records of candidate pipelines.
Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
