Human Resource Executive

🔔 We’re Hiring: HR Executive | C.L. Products India Limited (CLPIL)

CLPIL is a leading manufacturer & exporter of nutraceuticals, cosmetics, spices, agarbatti, wheat products and rice, with a growing pan-India and export footprint. We’re looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team in Delhi/NCR.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews across departments (Production, Accounts, Sales, Operations)

• Onboarding & HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, employee files

• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination

• Employee relations, grievance handling and engagement initiatives

• Supporting statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws)

• Maintaining HR MIS and records

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing/FMCG/export industry preferred)

• Age: up to 28–30 years preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel

• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR
