Job Description:

Bizz Booster Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
Help organize employee engagement activities
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic/Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to learn and take initiative
