Salary - ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month {Fixed + Incentives}

Shift timing – 11 Am to 8 PM {6 days working}

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet client hiring requirements while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

·       Understand client hiring requirements and job expectations.

·       Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.

·       Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.

·       Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

·       Manage the recruitment pipeline for Domestic and International BPO hiring.

·       Handle the complete recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

·       Maintain a positive candidate experience and professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Candidate Requirements

·       Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment (Domestic & International preferred).

·       Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or agency environment is preferred.

·       Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
