Job Summary
The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions within the real estate organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and organizational development. The role focuses on building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s sales-driven and project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales teams, site engineers, project managers, marketing staff, and support functions.
Develop job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection.
Maintain talent pipeline for sales-driven roles.
Conduct onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Promote positive work culture and employee engagement.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with sales and project teams.
Organize team-building activities and company events.
3. Performance Management
Develop KPIs for sales agents, property consultants, and project staff.
Monitor performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate incentive and commission structures for sales teams.
Support leadership in workforce planning.
4. Payroll & Compensation
Manage attendance and leave records.
Coordinate payroll processing including commissions and bonuses.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws as applicable).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and real estate employment regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Handle contract documentation for project-based and contractual staff.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs for sales, CRM tools, negotiation skills, and compliance.
Organize skill development workshops.
Support leadership development initiatives.
7. Administrative Support
Maintain HRMIS and employee database.
Prepare HR reports (attrition, hiring metrics, payroll reports).
Coordinate with finance and project teams for workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
2–8 years of HR experience (real estate experience preferred).
Required Skills
Strong recruitment skills (especially sales hiring).
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Payroll and incentive management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to handle high employee turnover environments (common in real estate sales).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Preferred Experience
Experience in real estate, construction, or property development companies.
Experience managing commission-based compensation structures.
Exposure to multi-site or project-based workforce management.
