Human Resources Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and interview scheduling
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain attendance and leave records
Assist in payroll coordination
Handle employee queries and HR policies
Maintain employee databases and files
Support training and performance management activities
Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
HR internship experience is a plus
salary:
Fresher: ₹20,000 – ₹30 ,000/month
Experienced: ₹30,000+/month depending on company and location
