Positions Summary
The Senior HR Executive will be managing aspects of human resources for a Agriculture Equipment's /technical environment. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, fostering positive employee relations between the labor force and management also handling Training & Development.
• This Role is 70% into Non-IT Recruitment & 30% into Ops ,Kindly don't apply if you don't match the criteria
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads. Manage employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a positive work culture. Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, celebrations, etc.).Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention strategies.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs. Conduct skill development sessions for employees. Ensure compliance training (e.g., workplace ethics, safety, and labor laws).
