Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with pre-joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.
Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an added advantage.
