Job Description

IMBS is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of HR Recruiter. Freshers and candidates with experience in telesales or outbound calling are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.

• Conduct basic telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.

• Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and calling records.

• Achieve daily calling, screening, and recruitment targets.

• Coordinate with the HR and Talent Acquisition team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling will be preferred.

• Good Hindi communication skills are required.

• Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and record-maintenance skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

• Must be willing to work from the office in Sector 65, Noida.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
