• Reviewing resumes and applications

• Conducting phone/video screening interviews

• Coordinating and sometimes leading interview panels with hiring managers

• Administering or coordinating skills assessments and background checks

Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication

• Serving as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process

• Keeping candidates informed on status and providing feedback

• Advising hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and candidate pools

Administrative & Process Management

• Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Onboarding Support

• Preparing offer letters and employment contracts

• Coordinating new hire paperwork and orientation

• Sometimes supporting the first 30-90 days of employee integration
