Position: HR Recruiter

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the company. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Manage offer letter and onboarding process.

Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring when required.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good coordination and negotiation skills.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).

Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of recruitment experience.

Experience in white-collar and blue-collar hiring will be an added advantage.
