Location: Malkajgiri, Hyderabad
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)
Qualification: Any Graduation
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20000 per month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills
Good English and Telugu communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple job openings.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
