Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements for various roles from department heads or clients.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Shine, Apna , Job Hai), referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
Good understanding of job portals, Boolean search, and social media recruitment.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream.
