Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive – Job Description Madan Sons · Steel Service Center · Mundka, Delhi Title Compensation Focus Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) ₹ ₹ 25,000 – 30,000 per month End-to-end hiring across plant and office roles About Madan Sons Location Reports To Work Mode Mundka, Delhi Director / Owner On-site; within 30–45 mins commute Madan Sons is a Steel Service Center delivering Cold Rolled Steel and value-added processing — precision blanking, stamping, and sheet metal component manufacturing — for OEMs and Tier-1s. As we grow across both our units, we are bringing recruitment in-house to fill plant and office roles quickly with the right people. Core Mandate (First 12 Months) • Keep open positions filled quickly with quality candidates across plant and office roles. • Build reliable sourcing channels for shop-floor and office hiring. • Run a clean, fast, and fair hiring process. • Reduce time-to-fill and early attrition. Key Responsibilities • Understand role requirements with hiring managers and the Director. • Source candidates through portals, references, local networks, agencies, and field sourcing for shop-floor roles. • Screen CVs and run preliminary interviews and screening forms. • Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage candidate communication and follow-ups. • Handle offers, documentation, and onboarding coordination. • Maintain a candidate pipeline and a hiring tracker / MIS. • Build a ready talent pool for recurring roles. Candidate Profile Must-Haves: • Hands-on recruitment experience; manufacturing / blue-collar plus office hiring is a strong plus. • Sourcing skill across job portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.) and local channels. • Strong screening judgement and people-reading. • Organisation and rigorous follow-up. • Clear communication in English and Hindi. • Ability to fill shop-floor roles fast in the Delhi / NCR market. KPIs / Success Metrics • Time-to-fill per role. • Offer-to-join ratio. • Quality of hire / 90-day retention. • Pipeline strength for key roles.• Cost-per-hire (direct vs agency).
