We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across our centers and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, operations, sales, customer service, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience hiring for education, retail, sales, or service industries is a plus.
