We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and telephonic screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Assist in offer rollout and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
