We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and documentation.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Schedule and follow up on interview rounds.
Support the onboarding process for new joiners.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare and maintain employee files.
Help in monitoring attendance and maintaining daily trackers.
Coordinate with different departments for timely data collection.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and HR MIS.
Support HR team in planning and executing engagement activities.
Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and communication drives.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Update HR databases and trackers on a regular basis.
Assist in policy communication and compliance awareness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Hands-on experience in multiple HR functions.
Practical knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll inputs, and compliance.
