Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for finance domain roles such as Relationship Manager, Credit Officer, Collection Executive, Telecalling, Branch Manager, Sales Executive, and Back-office staff
• Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and prepare job descriptions accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment MIS, tracker reports, and candidate databases
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
• Support onboarding, documentation, and background verification processes
• Meet hiring targets and TAT as per business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR preferred)
• Proven experience in Finance/NBFC/Banking recruitment
• Strong knowledge of finance roles and hiring practices
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS
• Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills
