Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
HS or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
⏰ Work Timing: 10am-7pm
🎁 Salary: Upto 13.5k in hand
