We are looking for a passionate and target-driven HR Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our rapid expansion across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.

• Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Job Hai, referrals, and social media.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Screening & Interviewing

• Screen resumes based on job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic and virtual HR screening interviews.

• Assess candidates' communication, skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Share interview feedback and maintain candidate records.

Candidate Management

• Follow up with shortlisted candidates.

• Schedule interviews and ensure candidate attendance.

• Handle salary discussions and offer rollouts.

• Manage joining formalities and onboarding.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.

• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Strong sourcing and networking skills

• Resume screening and candidate evaluation

• Interviewing and candidate assessment

• Negotiation and relationship management

• Time management and multitasking

• MS Excel & Google Sheets

• Job Portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn)

• ATS knowledge is an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain quality candidate pipeline.

• Reduce interview no-show ratio.

• Improve offer acceptance and joining ratio.

• Close positions within the defined TAT.

• Ensure positive candidate experience.
