Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads.

• Prepare and maintain hiring plans for monthly/quarterly targets.

• Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Prioritize critical and bulk hiring roles.

KPIs

• % positions closed vs assigned

• Average TAT per role

• Critical position closure rate

• Monthly hiring target achievement (%)

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.

• Build and maintain a ready talent pool for recurring roles.

• Coordinate bulk hiring drives when required.

KPIs

• Number of relevant profiles sourced per role

• Interview-to-offer ratio

• Offer-to-joining ratio

• Cost per hire (if applicable)

3. Screening & Interview Coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Screen CVs as per JD and role requirements.

• Conduct HR telephonic/video interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.

KPIs

• Shortlisting accuracy (selection success rate)

• Interview no-show %

• Feedback turnaround time

• Candidate drop-off rate

4. Offer Management & Joining

Key Responsibilities

• Roll out offer letters and explain compensation structure.

• Negotiate salary within approved budgets.

• Ensure joining formalities and first-day coordination.

• Track and reduce candidate dropouts post-offer.

KPIs

• Offer acceptance rate

• Joining conversion rate

• Pre-joining dropout %

• Joining delay cases

5. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

• Share daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports.

• Update ATS / Google Sheets accurately.

• Data accuracy (% error-free records)

• Timely report submission

• Hiring dashboard completeness

6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain positive communication with candidates.

• Represent company culture and values professionally.

• Ensure smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

• Candidate feedback score

• Complaint/escalation cases

• Repeat applicant ratio

7. Compliance & Process Adherence

Key Responsibilities

• Follow recruitment SOPs and approval workflows.

• Ensure documentation compliance.

• Coordinate with HR Ops for onboarding.

• Process deviation cases

• Documentation completion rate

• Audit observations (if any)
