Job Overview

We are hiring HR Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. This is an in-house position with excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring teams for selection and onboarding.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closures.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT)

• Strong sourcing skills & MS Excel knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
