We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Executive – Recruiter who can achieve monthly hiring targets and generate recruitment business from the first month onwards. This role requires strong sourcing skills, client coordination, and the ability to deliver fast and quality closures.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets as assigned by management.
Generate recruitment business by identifying new clients, following up, and closing requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions.
Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status daily.
Manage client relationships, understand manpower needs, and deliver timely support.
Share daily/weekly recruitment reports and target achievement updates.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy/background preferred).
Strong sourcing skills – Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and direct sourcing.
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to generate business and deliver closures from month one.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
