An HR Recruiter manages the entire hiring process, from understanding needs with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates (via LinkedIn, job boards), conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to ensuring smooth onboarding, all while building employer brand and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to fill roles strategically and align with company culture.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop recruiting plans, identify staffing needs with managers, and build talent pipelines.
Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use social media/networks, attend job fairs, and build a talent network.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, manage interviews, and use assessments.
Candidate Management: Maintain records in ATS, communicate updates, provide feedback, and handle offer negotiations.
Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and integration into the company culture.
Reporting: Track metrics, analyze hiring data, and report on recruitment progress.
Key Duties
Crafting detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) and job postings.
Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals for sourcing.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conducting background checks and reference verifications.
