Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral and bulk hiring.

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds.

• Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.

• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws (basic).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
