Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining candidate records in an applicant tracking system, and ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and bias-free hiring process. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategies. Create and post compelling job descriptions and ads across various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Sourcing:Utilize professional networks, social media, job boards, and other channels to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities. Screening & Selection:Review resumes and applications to screen for suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Administer assessments to evaluate skills and aptitude. Interviewing & Negotiation:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and contract terms with selected candidates. Candidate Experience & Onboarding:Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct background checks and reference checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, orienting them to the company culture and values. Record-Keeping & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of applicants and candidate interactions using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, progress, and recruitment activities. Employer Branding:Promote the company's values and culture to build a strong employer brand. Act as a crucial bridge between prospective employees and company leadership.
