Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Social Media, and references.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment MIS, daily trackers, and candidate databases.
Handle bulk hiring, blue-collar/non-IT/IT hiring based on requirement.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Follow up with selected candidates till onboarding.
