Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment.
Knowledge of different hiring techniques (mass hiring, headhunting, etc.).
Target-driven and proactive attitude.
