Job Summary

VC InMotions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments

·         Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking

·         Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability

·         Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback

·         Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

·         Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms

·         Handle offer negotiations and assist in onboarding formalities

·         Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

·         Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

· Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions

· Familiarity with job portals (e.g, LinkedIn, Jobhai, Indeed) and ATS tools

· Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of upto Rs. 20,000 based on interview performance and relevant experience
