HR Recruiter Intern – TB Clinic

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern who wants to gain real-world experience in recruitment and HR operations within the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Learn

End-to-end recruitment process
Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
Interview coordination and HR communication
Working with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Practical exposure to HR operations and team management

Requirements

Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment
Willingness to learn and grow

Internship Details

Duration: 3–4 Months
Interview Process: Online Interview
Stripend: 4000 Rs/Month

PPO Opportunity

Interns who perform well during the internship may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time HR Recruiter role at TB Clinic with starting CTC of 3.5-4 LPA
