Talent Acquisition — Support end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles
Onboarding — Help new hires hit the ground running with structured induction processes and documentation
HR Records & Compliance — Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HR documentation in line with organizational policies
Payroll Support — Assist in monthly payroll inputs, leave tracking, and coordination with the finance team
Staff Engagement — Support initiatives that keep our team motivated — from internal communications to recognition programs
Policy Support — Help draft, update, and circulate HR policies and SOPs
