Key Responsibilities

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements and candidate feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets and maintain hiring quality.
Handle candidate documentation and onboarding coordination.
