We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire the right talent.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment records and reports

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruitment preferred
