Experience:

03 To 04 Years As An HR Recruiter

Qualification:

Any Graduation

Salary:

Rs.25,000/- To Rs.30,000/- Per Month

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. JD for recruitment to be collected from the concerned HOD and Directors

2. Recruitment end-to-end (Sourcing/Screening/Interview schedule/ taking Interview)

3. Coordination with HOD/Consultancy/Candidates

4. Preparation of weekly reports regarding the interview schedule and status

5. Provide new joiner Bio metric/Smart office mobile application/Device code/existing employees contact list

6. To explain the policy of the company to new joiners and take their signature after reading the policy to new employees

7. Onboarding and Joining formalities- Induction and Training

8. After the resignation of employees, on the last day of working of employee completes exit formalities

9. Preparation of offer letter/Appointment letter/NDA/Relieving letter

10. New Joinee Background verification on call or email

11. Check housekeeping staff activities and keep a record of the checklist

12. Update the new joiners' data and exit data in Smart-Office

13. Bank Account opening for new employees

Skills Required:

2- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets

3- Strong follow-up & coordination ability

4- Polite, professional, & Organized

5- Time & Team Management
