Office no 202, Second floor Excella plaza near Bharat Petroleum Ambegaon Bk. Pune

Experience Required:

Minimum 1–3 Years in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment process

• Understanding client hiring requirements

• Sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases

• Screening and shortlisting candidates

• Conducting telephonic interviews

• Scheduling interviews with clients

• Follow-up with candidates till joining

• Maintaining recruitment tracker and reports

• Coordinating with clients for feedback and closures

• Achieving monthly hiring targets

Mandatory Requirements:

• Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience is compulsory

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & regional language

• Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment MIS

• Target-oriented and good negotiation skills

Preferred Candidates:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Experience in bulk hiring/BPO/Non-IT hiring preferred

• Strong candidate database and sourcing skills
