Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Position: HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹32,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Understand client hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Prepare daily recruitment reports and MIS.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in recruitment, HR, BPO, or consultancy will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
