Position: HR –Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
·Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
·Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
·Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
·Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
·Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
·Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
