The HR Recruiter – Non IT is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles across various departments while ensuring timely closure of positions and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT positions (admin, operations, sales, finance, support staff, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads
Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets
Follow company recruitment policies and processes
Support HR operations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to meet deadlines and hiring targets
