Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective hiring strategies, and build a strong employer brand. This role is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent aligned with the organization’s business goals.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable)
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Improve employer branding through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement initiatives
Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and diversity & inclusion standards
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job portals
Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
