Position: Associate – Human Resources
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Location: Bangalore
Role Summary
The Associate HR will support recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, and employee engagement activities. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding and induction processes, including documentation and employee file creation.
Maintain HR records and ensure updated data in HR systems.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
Coordinate with internal teams for various HR-related tasks and communications.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification
Only Undergraduate degree (BA/BCom/BBA/BSc or equivalent) – No PG/MBA require
