Position : Senior Talent Acquisition & On boarding Specialist
Location : Paladi Ahmedabad
Department : Human Resources
Reporting To: Head HR / HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer closure.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies and timelines.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media and professional networks.
Handle senior and critical position hiring independently.
Coordinate with external consultants, staffing agencies and campus placement cells.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, behavioural competencies and cultural alignment.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring status reports.
On boarding & Employee Experience
Own the end-to-end on boarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, joining formalities and induction programs. Act as a point of contact for new joiners during their initial employment phase.
Ensure adherence to on boarding timelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to on boarding and campus hiring.
Proven experience handling senior-level and bulk hiring.
Experience in interacting with academic institutions and external hiring partners is an advantage.
