Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

• Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in person.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads.

• Provide feedback to candidates and update them on their application status.

• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Interview Coordination & Assessment

• Organize and manage interview schedules for different departments.

• Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers.

• Administer skill assessments and personality tests where applicable.

• Gather and document interview feedback from hiring managers.

3. Offer & Onboarding Support

• Assist in preparing job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.

• Ensure all required documents and background checks are completed.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding, including orientation and paperwork processing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in multiple department hiring.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
