Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate should have experience in hiring for India-based IT positions. Experience in international hiring will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech, BE, or BCA graduates will be preferred.
Experience in international hiring is a plus.
