Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process [Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with stakeholders, Salary Negotiations, onboard, Hr generalist Task]
Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT.
Maintain recruitment tracker/reports – daily/weekly/monthly
Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
